Main Functions |

1. All the tested data and curves can be saved onto the CF card, and with the Data Viewer provided by Sunlight Electronics Laboratory, user can read out or make color print out of the tested data through an ordinary personal computer equips with an card reader.。
2. Can test the freq. response curve, sensitivity, Loudness Rating and distortion of the receiving, sending of the Bluetooth Headset, suitable in production use or for QC.
3. Sensitivity upper/lower limits and frequency response upper /lower limits can all be set by the user, auto-judging the PASS/FAIL
4. All the aforementioned testing items can be tested individually (for R&D or QA use), or all the testing items (or selected items) can be tested in automatic sequential form (Suitable in production line /QC use). |

Note:
1. Model-182BT though contains RF interface for radio linking, is not considered as a standard RF equipment, thus, any data tested from 1600NBT are for reference only, and nevertheless, such tested data still can be used for comparison purpose in production line.
2. Model-142BT Test Fixture is also not a standard simulating head framework, but for the convenience in production line, thus, any data tested from this Test Fixture are for reference only, and nevertheless, such tested data still can be used for comparison purpose in production line.
3. Prior to using Type 1600NBT, user must put the Golden Sample (Blue Tooth Headset) at the standard TORSO Test Fixture, and a standard RF equipment must be used for getting a “Comparatively Standard” qualified tested data (Please refer to the explanation on below item (4)), with this qualified tested data, user may undergo quickly comparison in production line using Type 1600NBT.
4. The so-called “Comparatively Standard” tested data stated on item (3) is due to fact that when Blue Tooth Headset is placed on the ear of the “Torso”, as the ear belongs to a soft material, every time a SLR or RLR is tested, its repeatability would slightly different due to the different putting position that might easily occurred, therefore, it is necessary to test repeatedly and get the average data, to obtain a comparatively more objective qualified "Standard Value".
