FET Probes |
The AP series of FET Probes is a family of active Probes with a 10:1 attenuation ratio. Low input resistance and low input capacitance is realized due to the employment of an active element FET at the probe input stage. This produces a very small effect on the DUT. Accordingly, it is possible to more accurately observe the waveforms found in high frequency and high speed digital/analog circuits. |
