Taiwan Electronic Testing Center ( ETC ) have purchased 1 set of Type 1700 ,(
ETC have granted the right to approve or disapprove the import/export of the
telephones ), ETC have used 1700 to assist the
telephones of many telephone manufacturers, for having passed the accreditation
from many countries’ Telecommunication, especially , the accreditation from
the most rigid Deutsche Telekom .
American UL (Underwriters Laboratories Inc.) have purchased one set of 1700 after one month try out
In July of 1997, American UL (Underwriters Laboratories Inc.), upon the recommendation from AUSTEL, have try out Sunlight Type 1700 for one month, and was quite satisfied with its functions & reliability (accuracy ＋stability) then formally bought one set of Type 1700 for telephone testing.
