Application
In the sector of EMC measurement high peaks often appear below 150 kHz. Connected test receivers are overloaded and that leads to inaccurate measurements. Typical disturbance sources are frequency converters and switching power supplies in the frequency range of 9 kHz to 150 kHz. |
Solution
A useful accessory for EMC measurements is the high pass filter, which has to get connected between the LISN and the measurement receiver input. The high-pass filter suppresses disturbing signals below 150 kHz and allows reproducible measurements in the frequency range of 150 kHz to 30 MHz. |
